EXCHANGE / RETURN

You can return the purchased goods within 14  Days after delivery against another  exchange or  this goods  send back. In both cases, the goods must be new, unused, not washed and with all of the original labels. Please enclose an accompanying letter with the return so that we know what should be done with the item. The customer bears the costs for the return (as well as the original shipping costs). Only those actually paid will be reimbursed  Amount for the product itself.

NEW GOODS AND B-GOODS

All of our items are new. At Poles & Hoops (plus accessories) we also offer used items (B-goods that were only in use at the Polecamp for a few days). In such cases you will find a corresponding note next to the product. B-goods are generally excluded from exchange.

PAYMENT

Payments can only be made in advance by bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
